I like Marc Benioff's visionary leadership who strives for greater good of the people and also for changing the state of the world. His 1:1:1 philanthropy model, 1 trillion trees plantation, his support during the pandemic. Company culture and work life balance. There are many good things about Salesforce. Good PayMaster, fostering equality.

Dislikes

One thing I was not in line was the way the recent workforce reduction was done. Many great performers were impacted and many non-performers are still in the company. I agree that Salesforce had to take this decision for the betterment of the organization and for the future growth, I feel it was done in a better way. This is the only one thing which is creating insecurity and affecting the company culture, but I am confident that Marc will turn the tables around and bring back the same glory for all the people of the organization, and will be a great place to work....Read More

good company for those who do not have ambitions and just want to spend life in comfort zone. nice benefits. not for people who are hard working and want to grow in life… good for short term job not career…. if you are a non technical person with people pleasing skills it’s a company for you.

hella lot of macro management. managers talk like robots and expects people to work like one. manager pleasing>skillset /performance. lot of favourism. we are maintaining performance tracker of every single thing we do. you will destroy/forget your own skillset which made you valuable because salesforce ecosystem is treated as technology here… you will not work as you expected while you were interviewing… 7500 employees were fired a month ago people work here mostly in fear of loosing job and leave for same reason....Read More
