Startup vs MNC
I have 4 years of experience working as a Data Scientist. Now i have two offers to make a decision on
Offer1 :
Startup : Aidash (Climate Tech)
Pay : 55 LPA + ESOPs
Offer2 :
Walmart (Personalisation Team)
Pay : 54 LPA + RSUs
What decision needs to be made, some insights would be really helpful.

There are two sides of a coins...side 1 is If you're risk-tolerant , Aidash could be an exciting opportunity...N side 2 is If you are looking for more stable environment, Walmart might be a better fit.

without any second thought join Walmart. MNC's offer great working environment, growth opportunities. what's on your priority salary or work culture ?

Can you tell us what did you study and your experience how did you ended up with 55LPA package. Please guide us as well. As, we don't even get 10 LPA offers and leave aside two.

Walmart could offer good use cases in personalization and possibly a better stack and work environment.
Aidash could work if you're bullish about the leadership and climate tech in general.
RSUs are more transparent and ESOPs can be frustating with the valuations and buyback.
My suggestion would lean towards Walmart at this point. All the best!

Notice period negotiation
I resigned from my current company a couple of days ago. I have a 90 day notice period. I tried to negotiate it with my manager of the current company, asking to release early as the new company has early requirements and also on a medical ground basis, but my manager is not agreeing. I tried to talk with the HR of my current company. HR is ready to give the "buy out" option and I am also ok with it. But for the "buy out" to happen, HR needs something officially written from my manager that I do...
