There are a lot many things under this category. Let's start: 1. Politics: The team is top notch when it comes to politics and drama. People who have spent some time in the process have stopped working and only getting things done from others and when it comes to errors or escalations they would find the most suitable and feasible goats to frame and escape themselves (trust me most of the resources who have spent around 2-3 years or more than 3 years are same). Not only team members but the politics starts from the top management. They have their favourites and if they would make an error with client escalation with huge impacts still they would fix everything and shift the blame. They would specifically target a set of people and you will always have to prove yourself time and again you have to take your stand very firmly or else you will be an easy mouse for the trap. 2. HR and Policies: The HR team itself is very absurd. If you have any issues and you raise tickets you will not receive replies on time and even the delayed response will be very irrelevant and when you reach out to HRBP they would not even see your messages for days and when they see and reply they would ask to to reach out to some other person and then that person will again ask to reach out to some one else and this way almost all your issues will not be solved. 3.Company Policy: They have started bringing half cooked new policies which will make you loose a part of your salary, they have very stupid and vain policies like if you have missed to apply attendance for a week let's say mon to fri and then you won't be able to apply that on coming Monday and your pay will be deducted and never reverse the LOPs. Optional leave policy is also very stupid They would themselves make some new new policies and then realise some points and they keep changing them every now and then without any senses Leave counts given are very less. They have no employee benefit aur engagement policies They ask for your confidential feedback and then complaint about it your manager. 3.Pay : The pay range is very low and unbalanced. They find people who for some or the other reason agree to the low pay scale and lure them to provide good appraisals but when the time comes for appraisals sorry to say but you will be fooled again my friend they would want to do negligible increase in pay and give insane unbelievable reasons. The cost cutting is some much that they would cut the annual meets for consistent 2-3 years and fool you that it's rescheduled but it's never scheduled again. They would put softwares to spy you 24*7 and you need to explain your inactivity for even 15-20 mins 4.Gadgets and devies : They can't even afford laptops they will give you used rented laptops. 5.Bonus/incentives: No more how hard you work they only appreciate and highlight there favourites and even when you receive Client appreciations they do have any incentive policy for your motivation but they will keep fooling you that there are starting with performance based incentive very soon. 6.Office : The office is very normal and small and cannot occupy all there employees and this is the reason for Work from home or hybrid office visits. They do not have canteen or mess or games. 7.Birthdays/Weddings/Farewell : Company doesn't care about any of these rather you and team will have to contribute the amount to celebrate all these for your team mates. 8.Training: Since most of the experienced resources have left, now the training is also hampered and the trainers are such that they have stopped working and have less ground level basic knowledge so they discuss their doubts with the colleagues 10 mins before the session and lie about the work completion. There is no any positive point to join this company. Whether you are a fresher or experienced person, i would deeply suggest do not join this company, you will regret and don't waste your time too.

Don't join this company, as you will not learn anything new, management is poor, HR are jot supporting at all, politics is on high level. Whether you are a fresher or experienced person, don't waste your time here.

Pay is good if you negotiate well with HRs

Very disappointing management. There were 5 resignation in my team within a week due to the conflict of 1 manager and HR didn't took a single against him. This issue is very serious. I request you all not to take the offer if you receive any offer from dataops side. The people working in this team are disrespectful, no supportive and unbelievably rude towards new employee.

Dont apply for Sakon, Recruiters are very unresponsive, they will only call you until interviews, after that they will never share feedback and never pick up your call, and even they wont reply your email, might be they are practicing of interviews, I will suggest you never try for Sakon

Improper Management. Appraisals does not happen based on performance, no matter how hard you work. Management is manipulative. Totally waste of time, no future goals and growth road defined. Management just want you to keep working in circles. No Diwali bonus, rewards etc. Management professionalism and behavior is not acceptable towards loyal employees.
