Very disappointing management. There were 5 resignation in my team within a week due to the conflict of 1 manager and HR didn't took a single against him. This issue is very serious. I request you all not to take the offer if you receive any offer from dataops side. The people working in this team are disrespectful, no supportive and unbelievably rude towards new employee.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates and TL's are supportive and management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of error in processing documents and process and management doesn't address our issues. On the job training is not given to new joinees as good as.
