Role Overview/Your Impact
1) Making sure internal processes documentation and checklist are followed and maintained in timely manner.
2) Scheduling timely manner training program with group of SMEs.
3) Handling Client queries with due diligence.
4) Review of SLA breach Analysis and root cause analysis.
5) Creating Management Reports.
6) Working towards Automation of Telecom Portfolio process.
7) ETA and project management, work allocations and project priorities and deliverables.

What Does the team do
Inventory management is the process of evaluating, tracking, and managing an accurate list of telecommunications services, equipment, and related assets used by our customers.
Our Expectations
1) Decent written, verbal and internal personal skills.
2) Ability to work independently and as well in a team.
3) Knowledge of Telecom services & Networks (Voice and Data Networks).
4) Knowledge of VoIP migrations, LAN, WAN services / networks.
5) Knowledge of Voice services like ISDN and trunk configurations.
6) Microsoft reporting tools and reporting.
7) Voice and Data service Procurement and configuration understanding.
8) Knowledge of TCP/IP protocols.
9) Knowledge of preparing technical documents for IT department for Automation of processes
10) Strong and advance excel knowledge.
11) Knowledge in Telecommunications.
12) Understanding of Telecom various telecom billing platforms
13) Education: BE – Electronic and Telecommunication (ENTC Graduates Only)
14) Flexible with shifts.
