There is nothing good about Sai Overseas

Dislikes

They dont give full salary. First of all they deduct 50% security which is never refunded. Then out of the rest of the salary they deduct fines for mistkes like late arrival or leaves or taking more time for having your lunch etc. And at the end what you get as your salary is 20-25% of your monthly salary. Secondly their lunch break is for 15 minutes only and if you take extra time, your salary would be deducted. If you are late by more than 5 minutes than your halfday salary would be deducted and if you take a leave without prior information for XYZ reason double of your salary would be deducted. There is no single paid leave, you always hve to face penalty for your leaves either informed or not informed. And the worst thing is you dont get your job effer and the contract that you sign at the time of the joining. They will keep it with themselves and do changes as required by them on the contract that you have laready signed, so you have nothing as your job security. And if in case you think to quit the job, they will say strict no to your salary which has been kept by them as security. And not even the salary which they are liable to pay....Read More

Work Details

If you are their employee, then you are also the employee of their school going kids. You have to tolerate the nonsense of their kids and also have to teach them willingly or nonwillingly
