The one and only thing i liked in sai overseas is my trainer who trained me and left the job she was very cooperative. But before that they only give me a booklet in that some information is written regarding visa process to learn only for 20 to 25 days and i got totally bore.

Dislikes

The senior one's are not coperative , to much politics in office , don't understand the problems of employees , so restrictions , fines of heals , grooming and all. Lunch time is for just 15 minutes if you use just 1 more minute than also fine will be charged.

I enjoyed my work but staff was so politician that is not a company that is full with politics every person , so cheap persons are their who only want to became a good person in the eyes of M.D. .Their thinking is such a down level, cheap thinking.

There is nothing good about Sai Overseas

Dislikes

They dont give full salary. First of all they deduct 50% security which is never refunded. Then out of the rest of the salary they deduct fines for mistkes like late arrival or leaves or taking more time for having your lunch etc. And at the end what you get as your salary is 20-25% of your monthly salary. Secondly their lunch breakis for 15 minutes only and if you take extra time, your salary would be deducted. If you are late by more than 5 minutes than your halfday salary would be deducted and if you take a leave without prior information for XYZ reason double of your salary would be deducted. There is no single paid leave, you always hve to face penalty for your leaves either informed or not informed. And the worst thing is you dont get your job effer and the contract that you sign at the time of the joining. They will keep it with themselves and do changes as required by them on the contract that you have laready signed, so you have nothing as your job security. And if in case you think to quit the job, they will say strict no to your salary which has been kept by them as security. And not even the salary which they are liable to pay....Read More
