Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. I liked the culture and positivity. When done a mistake they just teach you again and again never loosing patient. No target, they never tell you achieve any target at all until it's December.

Dislikes

When I joined the work life balance was not that good now it has become better. Salary structure is still old. Lack of new recruits is felt. Lack of new projects is felt.
