This is Meditation Center based organisation constructing world head quarter in hyderabad. (Shri Ramchandra Mission Ashram Kanha Village.) Here I liked the most is ambiance of place, flexibility in work and specially my team was very supportive.

This is Spiritual Organisation here is no growth career wise for me , staying & working at construction site and it is far away from the city Hyderabad and also unable to come out to attend any other interviews.

Work Details

As Purchase Executive and my roles were process purchase requisitions , monitor stock levels & identify purchase needs. conduct Market Research & Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiating for better prices and release the purchase orders & follow up.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
