This company is a complete disaster. Not only is the work culture toxic, but the management also pressures employees to write good reviews, even when the experience has been far from positive. It feels forced, and it's clear they’re just trying to cover up how bad things really are. The micromanagement, lack of career growth, and unprofessional behavior from both HR and management are just the beginning. There’s no respect for employees, and it’s all about making quick decisions with no regard for people’s futures. I was forced to stay longer than I should have, struggling in a hostile work environment, and it became clear that the company is more focused on appearances than actual employee welfare. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. The company doesn’t care about you—they just want to look good on paper. This company is a completely toxic environment. The behavior from the company itself is rude and unprofessional, with management showing little to no respect for their employees. They don't adhere to any employee policies, and there’s a constant threat of being fired or laid off at any moment, which keeps everyone on edge. On top of that, there are no future projects or growth opportunities available, so you're left stagnating in a company that seems to have no long-term vision. Instead of providing real experience or growth, the company exploits freshers and experienced employees alike, only to discard them when convenient. Overall, it’s a dreadful environment that offers little to no job security or professional development. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Every bit of it. Especially the behaviour part. 1)Executives doesn't know an iota of basic corporate ethics, it's worst than any fish market. And this goes with senior executives especially. No manners at all, utter slavery. Every guy loses his temper and you gotta act accordingly, if not, I am sure these guys can raise their hand as well. I have legit seen other org resources having dedicated meeting just to address the curse words Sagility executives have used with them. 2) No timings followed, you get a call every now and then, Saturday Sundays are just weekends for namesake. There is no work life balance. 3) and obviously, the pay structure is below average. So if you are employed here, you work tirelessly for day and night, with senior trashing you left and right, and for that, you get something which doesn't even qualify to be called pennies.
