The people in sagility is very nice and grateful to have such nice people around me.

Dislikes

I didn't like anything except peoples, however the management when i join was very shameless, they didn't value employees and only want there benefits and doing fraud through everything and cutting incentives of employees. Its best thing happened was the managers who are involved in fraud are terminated.

It's been its been 62 days passed to my last working date, still i have not get my FnF payment, How team HR is such a irresponsible about their work? yesterday i called and ask them about my FnF status, it should be comes in 45 - 60 days after my last working day, so he replied don't teach me policy, such a illiterate reply it was, and today I called another HR and ask status of FnF so she replied, it will take 20 - 25 days more because your LOP was showed on GIS portal, so they didn't release my FnF, but actually LOP settlement done before 2 months ago, so you can see here how irresponsible HR team sagility had....Read More

As Per My Work Experience Everything Is Worst In Sagility They Not Follow Anything Labour Rights They Run Own Government In Inside The Company Everytime They Deduct Employees Incentives And They Dont Give Holiday Payments Also And In Appraisal They Give RS700 increment
