Still offer a work from home setup making me become flexible in balancing life and work. Also, my supervisor is so considerate especially during my school days, she never pressures me and left me behind. In short, the workplace of Sagility is a non-toxic environment which motivate me to do more and stay.

Dislikes

I think that would be for the team occurred problems that I may dislike about. Also, I must say the incentives and allowance may be lower compared from other company but still thankful having a job were everyone struggling to find a job.

Love interacting with different people this is both from speaking to the customers to coworkers. I love the fact they provide developmental opportunities by offering school programs

Dislikes

With the rising cost of living I believe the compensation should be reviewed on a yearly basis. Not all the time you feel valued or appreciated as a long standing employee. I believe we aren't given much exposure as nepotism is often something quite frequent. So management level no real form of confidentiality is there but I still love what I do
