Everyone is very supportive for my learning and growth. The managers and higher management promotes work and life balance and will understand and will have you covered when you are on leave.

Dislikes

There is a bit of slowdown in terms of rolling out the benefits (health card and some allowance adjustment) due to ongoing system update and improvement but the staff are very nice and accomodating.

Work policy: If there are inportant meeting and if I need to observe a life class, I can report to office.

It used to be better...way way better up until the last year or two...most especially the last 6 months. It would have been 4 or 5 stars for the above criteria had i answer this 2021 and below.

Politics, Toxic management - setting unreasonable standards and practices that they themselves are not adhering to. Poor to no leadership at all, sees employees as mere numbers. The new org structure of the WFM HC esp on the PH side is beyond dissatisfaction - the senior leadership has no remorse at all to its people. Sees himself as irreplaceable and recognizes only people who bootlick; no wonder why the leaders from the old org have been moving out. Toxic Ops management under Ms. PG, also no wonder why the new people under her cluster from another acct are leaving or not performing at par when they were still part of another leader. You have to very carefull when dealing with people from Ops - you will never know who you can trust....Read More
