It’s pity to see a French company suffering from an Indian Management especially in the Human Resource and the Admin domain. Having a cluster in Hyderabad the French MNC has completely failed in delivering an employee engaging atmosphere. Silly politics, poor mind games played by some of the managers have brought a brain fade among the employees resulting in volunteer resignations. An European Aerospace giant that has been trapped by a couple of Indian mentality managers is suffering a high employee attrition resulting in around 10 senior engineers going out of the company to join their competitors is an serious issue. Human Resource management is no way up to the European working style. Good work life balance, thanks to the couple of expat managers sitting in the company. Well maintained shop floor. Good for beginners and interns who would like to learn how an International manufacturing company works combined by experiencing how an established firm can suffer if the people play politics....Read More

Need to be very careful while handling the team as the maturity levels are really not upto the mark in the shop floor. The team in the shopfloor(associates) is capable of providing negative feedback about the incharge of the shop floor if they feel they are under stressed conditions. Foreign people management, ethics by foreign personnel, supervisor help, good colleagues

Worst HR. HR don't has moral values, ethics. HR Mgr creates problems all time and forms small unions/ small groups and encourages only those people to get benefits. HR Mgr insults all our operators except his favorites. He takes care 5 to 6 favorite people for all types of events and benefits, even to recruitment drives. Also considers those 5 to 6 people for new jobs. All people and departments feel sad about this but no one talks because they blackmail people. I didn't see worst hr than this. No help to employees and everytime insult for small thing even. All politics by hr and many of my friends Left company and joined another company's. Also many talented engineers, all departments employees left due to hr politics. Hr is having no work and only daily scolding by saying some worst hr rules. Hr always use foreigners names to blame us. Hr Mgr always roam around females only. Hr helped one favorite lady by collecting donations but recently one employee met road accident then no help by hr because he don't like her. Partiality. Hr don't give importance to even white collars also. Many good people resigned and some people also plan to leave because of hr. Foreign company work environment damaged by hr. Even in bus transport also hr create problems, one employee brother scolded by hr team employee on road and then employee resigned immediately. Sad to say this but it is true. There are many such worst things but place is not sufficient here. Pls save us from hr, request to french people from us....Read More
