Work life balance is manageable.

Dislikes

Lots of up and down swings with company. Has no vision and mission so don't have right direction to move ahead and grow. Lots of politics among overall small team of 8-10. People with low energy, no ambitious, less focus etc.. employees left and join in every min. cycle No salary on time and offers very low appraisal.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
