It's a fake company that operates solely for money. They are well known for betrayal and ruining many families but seem to have forgotten that they have one too. If their owners are reading this, they should be ashamed of what they are doing to people. The work culture is toxic. The work-life balance is pretty good. The management listens to the employees. The sales department as a whole is pretty well maintained. Proper training and seminars are held to help new employees.

The fact that the current SOC Manager lacks basic communication skills is adorable, and not to mention technical skills; technically, she is as proficient as a non-technical professional. The employees who butter up the management are provided with a hybrid work culture, bonuses, and appraisals, while the deserving ones are just ruining their work-life balance to be punctual on odd shift timings and are not even compensated for that.
