At initial face when I joined the company, until old seniors were in the company, there was less politics and had a good environment and director of Soc department was also helpful and help employees to learn new things. But game changed when old seniors was gone for other opportunity. Then company decided not to give full training on tools that are being used in the company because they just wanted to retain the employees and also politics begains at best when new positions were introduced in the company. After that everyone was greedy for positions they just wanted to make other people down in front of seniors to get positions. There is no value of skill here present time. If you want to join this organization then only join if you are fresher and stay for one year and after that go with other organization for better opportunity. At present time direct of soc don't know how to treate employees he just wanted people to be his lobaour and the person who uses his mind he through him out of the company....Read More

The fact that the current SOC Manager lacks basic communication skills is adorable, and not to mention technical skills; technically, she is as proficient as a non-technical professional. The employees who butter up the management are provided with a hybrid work culture, bonuses, and appraisals, while the deserving ones are just ruining their work-life balance to be punctual on odd shift timings and are not even compensated for that. There is nothing to like here, they don't let you grow if suppose you know a siem tool they are using and if you ask them that I'm mastered in it then you will never get that tool to work they think you will exceed them, they never let you grow your skills

Dislikes

Very less appraisals and they don't even discuss anything with the respective person they just ask 2-3 their own people and then boom you are done, Only team lead and shift lead and their own people get wfh whenever they want other people if ask for wfh they say take leave no wfh.
