Its open to innovate new technology in material handling. I am part of project team and lead projects from the all levels. I was in lot of technical discussions with our clients. We done projects as per client requirements.

Dislikes

There is no salary increments, appraisals, always travelling, there is no work life balance etc. In a project based company there is no freedom to take decision , each everything inform to MD to get approval and he also not take decision to keep prolong the issues..

My job is projects management and coordination but some time i have to look marketing, purchase, design etc. But i took the challanges and stay on toes to do bench markson my own as the market trends.
