I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Yes definitely it was quite interesting. I learned lot of things after joining the school. Many training were provided for the educators' personality Development .Meticulous planning of every event..I am fortunate to work in this institution.
