The only thing that keeps me going at this company is that I am gonna switch to another company. No benefits or anything to like at all. I am not exaggerating.

Work timings - Morning 9 AM IST to 6:30 PM IST and Meeting timing start from 6:30 PM IST to 12:30 PM IST.In which everyone has to stay despite the subject discussed. For example FE Lead subject will be discussing but someone from Sales has to stay because Boss 'Pay us salary'. There is No actual holidays in this company, Strategically every new release will be planned around a holiday or on holiday exactly. There is no comp off even if we work on holidays, there is no internet reimbursements, no healthcare, no pf, no work life balance anything at all. New manager who joined few months back conveniently asks everyone to his work like SC Story creation, FI, Goal setting everything and not working at all. And no meetings are done in a professional manner, there is 90% chance that you can hear words like plucking, hair, shut up in Tamil in these meetings. I strongly recommend anyone to not join this company at any cost. And the icing on the cake is these things doesn't happen to US employees, These unprofessionalism is limited to Indian employees only....Read More
