This is one of the start up company. We can develop our skills from here. This company is not fit for long time work. Because here the salary boundary is fixed. After 35k salary reached then it will not increase. So, the best option to change job in some other mnc company.

Skill development - Excellent
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Management issues. Working time is not fare. All workers are same there's no opportunity to get promotion.

Salary - Poor
Job security - Poor

Work Details

There is no fixed time to start and end work. So, flexible work time. But knowledge growth is very slow.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
