Company's financial position is very down nowadays. Earlier it was good and was growing. But now all good things paused and owners are under big debt.

Dislikes

Company's Owners are not able to focus on work and growth they are just filling their own pockets and company is going down.

Skill development - Poor
Work satisfaction - Bad
Company culture - Poor

Work Details

Work culture is good for whom those want to enjoy and don't want to work much and want to take all rest in life. Not a good company for growth.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
