I really had a good experience with the Royal migration solution. My process consultant Katrina was very helpful to me and has done the process very smoothly and professionally. She is very responsive to all my silly doubts and questions and gives me updates regularly and also answers my queries on time. I am happy with their services. Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
