I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

The work culture that they developed is so attractive as such you will never feel that you spending a lot if time on work and moreover you are free to learn anything and wear different hats.

Work satisfaction - Good
Company culture - Excellent

Dislikes

As its a startup which is growing in a very fast pace they are always on the 5th gear so you should also move accordingly there is not much work life balance.
