Only my immediate boss who was a thorough mentor. He was let go rather unfairly.

Pretty much everything. Timings were terrible, we were treated like the managing directors personal property, senior employees were expected to do work like put cards in envelopes for the MD's son's wedding, we were forced to cancel vacations a day prior despite having taken permission for them months in advance and this wasn't due to anything on priority. Additionally, I have seen with my own eyes our MD assaulting an employee and his wife in the office. We were constantly threatened with loss of our jobs for the smallest mistakes. Work Details

I was hired for marketing but a ton of other responsibilities were finally given to me for no additional compensation. Work started at 10.30 but often ended only past 9pm on most days without any compensation or even food.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
