It's a family business. They won't provide any benefits. No good projects, no management. They will keep deducting salaries according to their wish so that they can pay the interns with your deducted money. They will not even provide you with basic amenities like clean water, clean washroom or even tea. The owner Parag and along with him his follower Abhay is simply running the family business.. along with them Sameer is a high paid office boy. And the infrastructure is as terrible as them.
