RootWriters is a great place for learning and developing skills as the management is really supportive and offer great guidance if a person is willing to learn. The organisation is great place in overall in terms of working environment, leaves, zero politics and seniors provide great help.

Dislikes

There was negligible promotion opportunity. I left this organisation just because of poor salary growth or say career growth after working here for 3 years. But if you are looking for supportive management, work culture, guidance and stable salary you should join this organisation.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
