I have got the opportunity to work with one the best supervisor in corporate one could possibly think off he is one of the best mentor I had he possesses the best leadership qualities and really cared about his team. Working under him really helpd me to grow personally.

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't care about the issues faced by the lower level employees. The managers only think about themselves. The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning but I got tremendous support from my supervisor which helped me a lot.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike every year as per KPI and bonus every month as per KPI.

Dislikes

HR policies are below average and they don't have any team building/engagement activities. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
