Company work culture and policies are good. I am working here since last 2 years. There is a elegant cafeteria and play area where we can relax and enjoy. Flexible working hours.

Friendly nature of colleagues, got salary on time.

Dislikes

There is no job security, no overtime pay (even if they ask you to work after regular hours), no employee insurance, and you will have to work even if you are sick. There is no reimbursement if you are going home late at night from a cab. Some days you will have to work for 36 hours straight. And the manager will be like, 'We work only 3 months' (only he does, we have to work full year).

Though its sales but Its different , I get to talk to the key decision makers around the world that is the part i enjoy.

Salary difference, and No appreciation of work they just motivate you but when in comes to reward nothing is there. Also the incentive are give only once a year and there is no structure for incentive , they dont invest on employees ,never.

I am not someone giving reviews but this company is pathetic. They lack all professionalism. Their HR think they can rule the world by ruling companies. All policies change at any point of time. Managers are like Hitlers. Micro management is at its peak. Just like it is beware of dogs please be beware of RNF. I don't think you need more than this to not join this company.
