I have been working in RnF for the past 4 years. I have learnt a lot here and my professional growth has been amazing. I joined at an entry level position here and now I am serving on a managerial position. The best part about the organisation is that you'd get a lot of opportunities to capitalise on and make the most of it. Ultimately, it also depends on your hardwork and dedication that'll take you through. The company gives you ample of opportunities to prove your mettle. There are a number of big projects and the experience you'd gain would be really valuable. The company is growing. Don't expect it to be highly organised and follow a pattern of 9-6 job. Even though HR policies are amazing, you'd be required to stay back late 2-3 times a month, when you'd have to deliver work under tight deadlines. Appraisals take place annually; it can be done bi-annually.

I have recently completed 7 years in RnF. My experience with the company in these 7 years has been really good. I joined as a SEO Analyst and was later promoted to Account Manager’s profile. My reporting manager is quite supportive and cooperative. I have learned a lot in this company and grown as a professional. The HR policies are quite liberal and ensure employees can maintain a work-life balance. The appraisal policy is also quite transparent.
