Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment drives.

- Develop and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates for critical roles.

- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including creating job descriptions, posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, conducting preliminary interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

- Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.

- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress and key metrics.
