Management Trainee - Sales - IT (0-1 yrs)

Key Highlights :

- Transportation: Both side transport facilities will be provided.

- Shift: Night Shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM)

- Stipend/Compensation: Based upon their interview we will offer them a monthly stipend of 25-30K for the initial 6 months during the training period. After successful completion of the training period and confirmation of the employment based on the performance, the package can go up to 7 LPA. The final package will depend on the performance during the training period.

- Employment Contract: 24 months of employment contract is applicable for this position.

Job Role :

- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their needs; researching and analyzing sales options.

- Sells IT - web & Mobile development services, Staff augmentation & DevOps solutions by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.

- Maintains relationships with clients.

- Understanding the client's requirements and setting up a proper flow for the project execution.

- Utilize Sales management methodologies, systems, and tools as defined by the company.

- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
