1. Bad culture 2. Too much politics 3. Insensitive professionals 4. They fire without any reason by making excuses that are not comprehensible. 5. Doesn't promote upskilling of the employees 6. Very less pay compared to other organizations in the segment 7. No proper way to give feedback for the projects or work delivered. 8. HRs are also not professional. Lack skills, corporate etiquette and friendly attitude towards other. 9. Doesn't respect commitments given in the offer letter or at the time of joining. Example: Don't take their word if they say the job is permanent WFH. I have been working in RnF for the past 4 years. I have learnt a lot here and my professional growth has been amazing. I joined at an entry level position here and now I am serving on a managerial position. The best part about the organisation is that you'd get a lot of opportunities to capitalise on and make the most of it. Ultimately, it also depends on your hardwork and dedication that'll take you through. The company gives you ample of opportunities to prove your mettle. There are a number of big projects and the experience you'd gain would be really valuable. The company is growing. Don't expect it to be highly organised and follow a pattern of 9-6 job. Even though HR policies are amazing, you'd be required to stay back late 2-3 times a month, when you'd have to deliver work under tight deadlines. Appraisals take place annually; it can be done bi-annually.

Lots of, but I will tell only about the major ones. Pay is low, you work like a labor. HR is manipulative, tricking you into working for less than asked pay. Brings scams like Performance incentive, that doesn't exist. Retention bonus, which is not bonus but your 2K of your salary given to you after a year. For writers, the workis not good. no growth here. no investment on employee upskilling. Hr changes policies as per their convenience. no set policy. don't join this company....Read More

Team members are good. They have a cold coffee machine and a small fun room.

Dislikes

They are extremely miser, they think a thousand times even before distributing snacks among employees during the festivals of Holi and Diwali. There is a micro management culture by HR. The founders are of very narrow mentality, if they will spot you even talking on the floor, you will find yourself in the HR room the next day.
