I have been working in RnF for the past 4 years. I have learnt a lot here and my professional growth has been amazing. I joined at an entry level position here and now I am serving on a managerial position. The best part about the organisation is that you'd get a lot of opportunities to capitalise on and make the most of it. Ultimately, it also depends on your hardwork and dedication that'll take you through. The company gives you ample of opportunities to prove your mettle. There are a number of big projects and the experience you'd gain would be really valuable. Apart from that, other good points are: 5 days working 34 granted leaves in a year PF and gratuity to employees Salary credited on the last working day of every month Work-life balance can be easily maintained

Dislikes

The company is growing. Don't expect it to be highly organised and follow a pattern of 9-6 job. Even though HR policies are amazing, you'd be required to stay back late 2-3 times a month, when you'd have to deliver work under tight deadlines. Appraisals take place annually; it can be done bi-annually.
