Very less pay compared to other organizations in the segment 7. No proper way to give feedback for the projects or work delivered. 8. HRs are also not professional. Lack skills, corporate etiquette and friendly attitude towards other. 9. Doesn't respect commitments given in the offer letter or at the time of joining. Though its sales but Its different , I get to talk to the key decision makers around the world that is the part i enjoy.

Salary difference, and No appreciation of work they just motivate you but when in comes to reward nothing is there. Also the incentive are give only once a year and there is no structure for incentive , they dont invest on employees ,never.

I am not someone giving reviews but this company is pathetic. They lack all professionalism. Their HR think they can rule the world by ruling companies. All policies change at any point of time. Managers are like Hitlers. Micro management is at its peak. Just like it is beware of dogs please be beware of RNF. I don't think you need more than this to not join this company.
