Job security n Salary were good,work Environment is good,innovation was there,work life balance is there,compensation n benefits were there gud at it.

Dislikes

Learning was there but not for career growth as I was not into manufacturing my core domain is software development, but for managerial role learned much more, career growth n opportunities were the internal growth was there but for other companies the was a concern as it turns to be pvt.ltd. at the time of my job tenure.

Work Details

Ya it's a quite a bit exciting, at time it get bored as it was not of my core domain n ovbiuosly get hectic sometimes as u r on work.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves International Travel.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
