There are very less people in Riya to help, support and understand other

No growth ,No salary hike,Heavy work pressure,and Management is very poor not even thinking about their employees satisfaction,All head management created Mafia here even we can't raise our voice.If we raise our voice also all the head management is one and they start finding out previous faults to close our mouth.
