Company is very lucky that they get great talented people to join the company. Very hard working employees.

Dislikes

discrimination with indian team and uk team. It's similar like slavery treatment. Company spends 3 lack in UK for one employee. However in India almost 20 people gets covered in 3 lack. No hr policies No pf No insurance No leaves and holidays Expectations from employees to work 24x7. In UK all the hr compliance is in place. Very alarming experience
