Company is very lucky that they get great talented people to join the company. Very hard working employees.

Dislikes

discrimination with indian team and uk team. It's similar like slavery treatment. Company spends 3 lack in UK for one employee. However in India almost 20 people gets covered in 3 lack. No hr policies No pf No insurance No leaves and holidays Expectations from employees to work 24x7. In UK all the hr compliance is in place. Very alarming experience

Only thing good in this company is they provide WFH, nothing else

Founder Sanjay Punjabi is a liar and fraudster. He just has 0 respect for employees, he humiliates people on a live call or in a meeting for no reason. He doesn't understand anything in ecom business. Changes rules and policies on their mood and favour, harass employees by taking cover of HR team and all. Takes a 20% deposit from salary and doesn't give it back while leaving the company literally he steals money from employees' salaries. No joining certificate nor offer letter. Just a scam centre looking for cheap employees in India for setting up his business in the UK. There are no HR policies, insurance, holidays, or timing. They are psychopaths, will call for a meeting at any time and will keep the meetings going on for 2-3 hours or sometimes more than that, then will blame you for not working properly for 8 hours 🤦🏻‍♂️....Read More
