Switch to HCL or Stay in CTS?

I'm presently working with Cognizant at a package of 5.08 LPA remotely with almost 4 yrs of experience in Service Desk.Recently I've received an offer from HCL as a Senior Analyst at a package of 7.2 LPA in Service desk domain but it would be 5 days work from office . I feel that the package is a bit low in HCL as I would be working from the office all days of the week.And also I might be due for promotion in Cognizant in March 2025 which might raise my package to 7 LPA There's also a 12 month service-bond agreement with HCL Kindly advice on what I'm supposed to do Thank You

You will be through into the field with lack of proper guidance and system to work on. All you need to do is work by yourself.

Dislikes

The director will ask for information and if not given because of improper system, they shout and yell. They will never admit the fault of their system and blame you instead. Always your job will be at risk as per directors mood. Salary deduction is common every month for a slightest of mistakes. No growth in salary and tonnes of work load. All you will learn to handle pressure.
