Very bad company for fresher/ experienced ones This review is not made my a single person. most of the workers have voice on it..... this company they are only looking for intern workers. Because they won't pay you a penny more than your food and travel expense. But they will give work as a 2 year experianced person. From this company you can learn nothing. Eg: If you join as a tester you need to do all another job such as loading parcels, driving more than 60 km, aditional duties as a peon. This company has not even a experienced staff on the post like HR, Accountant etc. So they don't even know how to treat a worker. They will change the company policy for any body, no overtime benifits will give to the employe. And after that intern 6 months over they will try to make you stay at the company for 3-10% salary hike. Please remember one thing. Dont even think to join or come to the company without getting the offer letter. Because there are lot of employees work here without getting offer letter.
