Rhodoks Consultancy is in Gamharia Jharkhand is the worst Consultancy I have work with my experience was really terrible over there.. Most of the people who work over there are narrow minded .. No teamwork no work culture (and whenever you will helf they will not provide you the salary of one month) There Naukri Potals must be get Blocked.... Useless Consultancy.. Worst experience. Firstly they will take you to the heaven then when you get older they will throw you to the ground in a double speed of taking to the heaven. When I was to be joining them they said that they will pay me 10k and travelling expenses. I worked there for almost 2 months (21st July to 25th August) and it's 5th of October they haven't given me my salary yet. Only thing I received from them is traveling expenses of the month July not for August. I asked to Vikash sir for my salary he said that I haven't checked whether you're given or not let me check first then will tell you and till now I haven't received any thing from them. I will guide you to not to join this company or if you join then make it very very clear that they will provide you salary in your provisional period....Read More
