DO NOT join this company. They will make you work overtime, overburden you with tasks and will expect everything to be completed within 8 - 9 hours. There are no allowances and no overtime pay, and they lay off employees every 3-4 months, citing poor financial conditions and their inability to raise funding. This has been an ongoingpattern: they hire when order volumes are high and then let go of employees after 4 to 5 months. There is no career growth, even though it's a startup. There is very insecurity of jobs. They can layoff you anytime without any pre notice. It happened with me. I got layed off within 5 months. Also the Hr team is very lazy to respond and also for documenting process. They don't respond you quickly at all. We need to send many mails to receive their response.

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
