Rex-Tone Digital is an extraordinary company having a good friendly Work culture, all the employees are very supportive, I'm experiencing a great team work, First time in my career I have met a supportive encouraging and friendly CTO who gives full freedom to express our vision and ideas. The company is supporting complete working remotely, Full freedom to log off after working hours, the main thing that made me surprised is respecting employees personal life. Really I m happy and satisfied working at Rex-Tone. To be honest my mental health becomes stable after joining Rex-Tone. I started my career as React JS developer at Rex-Tone then company provided me an opportunity to up-skill myself as a Full stack developer. Each and every employee helps each other and we deliver product on time. The main Thing I inspired here is chances are given to correct the mistakes, CTO and Managers are there to mentor and motivates everybody. Management always helps employees to balance both professional and personal life. of course all the above is possible when we have a wonderful CEO behind the scene. The first ever CEO I get to know with this much friendly nature, treating tribes as family. Both CEO and CTO promotes a strong work culture with good work ethics, trusting employees and giving responsibilities. Best part on career is getting a friendly motivating manager, our tribes are very lucky to have.
