There is no HR being recruited or policies of HR is been followed, the family members of Owner takes care of those decisions.The work culture was absolutely not good as after the hard work yet the social workers were questioned that what work they do. There are written policies but it's only on paper and not been implemented. No appraisals for years and no increment at all. They are unaware of market standards pay scale for social workers in an anti human trafficking field....Read More
