Bossism as a culture. A very unhealthy atmosphere to work in. They don't care about how you work, all they are worried about is unnecessary discipline- you'll be pointed out even if you the door of the washroom makes noise while you close it. They deduct money if you reach 10 mins late and the director eould literally call you and make you see the cctv footage while he tally's the time when you entered. They make you clean your own cuttlery where you drink coffee in :D Funnily enough they delayed relieving me saying, they are out of letterheads. So basicaly if you are looking at learning, growing and developing be-ware. Don't waste your time here!...Read More
