Poor management, if anyone resigned from the position they treated like a traitor, they don't respect their employees, they force you do sales or account related work however you will be in engineer post.

This is one of the best companies in the market, especially for the female employees who are willing to hand over their children to their parents/in-laws and come to the office only to pass the time (i.e., Bench warming).

Visiting the office for the 1st time gave me a very good impression that how terrible the system is.
