There is a lot of politics going on here. And here there is linguistic discrimination. They get the maximum amount of work done. Eight hours of work is said but 14 hours work means I was called to work at seven in the morning and left at nine in the evening only if I showed up otherwise I was not paid for that day. As I am a Marathi speaker, I have been pressured to leave my job due to Kannada Marathi discrimination. By telling lies with Jio fiber customers, they make drug on us to book Jio fiber. Please don't go and join with sales dept[ Enterprise Sales ]. You will loss your entire carrear. They will torture you the way you never expected. Also if you work then also they will mark you absent and salary also you won't get. Leads you won't get from any where you have to hunt. If you sell one product then for installation you have to pay money to installation people.
