The company is least bothered about their employees ' growth and development. They bring in people on immediate basis but when relieving they ask all sorts of reasons documented proofs and pay cuts. No recognition for the hard work and no other benefits apart from comp off. Issues in service keep prolonging thereby affecting customer satisfaction but the blame is put on advisors

There will be no ethic and moral on your profile whosoever you are. You can be called off any time where no payoff will be given to you on immediate termination which is totally unfair and the work pressure is like hell and will make you feel exhausted at times often. Better not to be a part in this organization anymore.
We work forsalary and job satisfaction both will not be available here.Internal politics play a lot in promotions and increments also. You will be awarded with no incentives but deductions on unnecessary things may happen due to faulty software on the login hours....Read More
