The only good thing about the job is when the shift ends. No one is gonna bother you on your weekoff. There is job security if you are meeting the targets of CPA, CSAT and AHT's.

Dislikes

There is nothing to like being at the current position, you are basically a mindless robot who is doing copy and past the whole shift hours. There is nothing real thing to do the whole day you are just giving people false hopes of achhe din(the day when their internet will be fast with full network). The IT team is good for nothing they do what we do, follow the instructions and wait for things to get right. You cannot take unscheduled break even if the company software gets glitchy it is your fault because the same issue has not been reported by atleast 100 other people. And if you think you are just going to assist the CX on chat forget it, your TL and manager will constantly tell you to call people and the frustrated CX will just abuse you because on call he can actually process the false hopes and lies you will be feeding him....Read More
